MARKAZ BAZAR offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for customers across Pakistan. This policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with COD orders to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience for both customers and the business.
When placing a COD order, customers are required to provide accurate and complete information, including their full name, valid contact number, and complete delivery address. Orders may be confirmed via phone call or SMS before dispatch. MARKAZ BAZAR reserves the right to cancel any COD order if the customer is unreachable, provides incomplete information, or fails to confirm the order.
Customers are expected to make full payment in cash at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the exact or appropriate amount is available, as riders may have limited change. Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order at the time of delivery without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
In certain cases, MARKAZ BAZAR may require advance payment or partial payment for high-value orders, bulk purchases, or customers with a history of order cancellations. This measure is implemented to prevent misuse of the COD facility and ensure operational efficiency.
Delivery timelines for COD orders typically range between 3 to 7 working days, depending on the customer’s location within Pakistan. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical challenges, or courier service issues. MARKAZ BAZAR will not be held liable for such delays but will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.
Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, the customer should refuse to accept it and immediately report the issue to our support team.
All COD orders are subject to our Return, Exchange, and Refund policies. Customers may request a return or exchange within three (03) days of receiving the product if the claim is valid. If approved, the case will be processed and resolved within fourteen (14) days as per our policy.
MARKAZ BAZAR reserves the right to modify or discontinue the COD service at any time without prior notice.
