At MARKAZ BAZAR, customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities, and we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the process involved.

Customers are eligible to request a refund if they receive a product that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered. In order to qualify for a refund, the customer must notify MARKAZ BAZAR within a period of three (03) days from the date of delivery. Any claims made after this period will not be entertained.

Once a refund request is submitted, our team will review the claim and may require supporting evidence such as photographs or videos of the product. If the claim is determined to be valid and in accordance with our policy, the refund process will be initiated promptly.

Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) working days. The refund will be issued through a suitable method such as bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash, depending on the customer’s preference and convenience.

Refunds will not be applicable in cases where the product has been used, damaged by the customer, or is not returned in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, requests made after the specified three-day window will not be considered eligible for a refund.

MARKAZ BAZAR reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
